On 11 November 2023, we went to Sala Fènix to see *Dopaland*.
The play, written by Eu Manzanares and directed by Sergi Pompermayer, places us in a theme park, a space seemingly devoted to fantasy and happiness, but where tensions, contradictions and cracks in the system also emerge.
*Dopaland* speaks about desire and its relationship with consumer society, showing how even in a place designed to make people happy, emotions, conflicts and deep questions can appear.
The performance was free, and the outing had a particularly beautiful moment at the end of the show, with the meeting between Jordi and Sergi Pompermayer.
A close, intense and very special cultural activity, combining theatre, critical thinking and personal bonds.
