Viola da gamba concert at Ca l’Anita

On 2 March 2026, we hosted an open dress rehearsal at Ca l’Anita with Mireia Peñalver.

Mireia, a cellist and viola da gamba performer, came to the house to prepare for a later concert linked to Barcelona Obertura. We were able to listen to the viola da gamba up close in a very intimate, warm and special format.

The activity took place at Ca l’Anita, in a calm and familiar atmosphere, turning the house into a small space for early music and shared listening.

It was a beautiful opportunity to bring live music into our everyday surroundings, without a stage or distance, and to experience culture in a simple, community-based and very close way.
